Scott, Mike, and the whole Genstar team was fabulous to work with. A friend of mine had used them for her new patio and driveway so I had seen some of the beautiful work they had done. We met with Scott a few times to go over what we wanted (there was a lot to be done). Everyone was easy to communicate with and there was no hassle setting up a time to have everything done. From the amount of trees/shrubs/debris that we had in our yard, to the terrible driveway and broken stoop, we knew this was going to be a big job and the team pulled it off flawlessly. We are so happy with the results and can't wait to use our new space!

We just had our driveway redone by GenStar and couldn’t be happier. From day one, Scott impressed us with his vision and ideas, we knew we’d be in good hands. Since we moved in, our backyard has been an eyesore to say the least. With a little TLC we were able to get it decent, but our busy schedules made maintenance difficult. I must say, working with Genstar was Absolutely perfect. We wanted our backyard to be more usable for our kids and for entertaining. We are not Artisitic people. We had no vision. Unfortunately we had a tremendous slope, and half the yard was not usable. Mike and Scott came over and had a vision we had not seen. Genstar took the time to explain the Comprehensive approach to their plan and it was greatly Appreciated. They walked us through each piece of material to be used and reviewed every level of options from stone to decking, lighting, and landscaping. They then laid out their Vision. Genstar leveled the whole yard and created an open area for Athletic play. They created a Seating area around a Fire Table which they designed, a Newly Designed Deck, Custom Fencing, enough Lighting to make the Nights look like Daytime. Landscaping completed their Vision. Their Crew of Guys were early every day. Clean is an understatement. The equipment they have is top of the line, with serious Earth Moving power. Mike and Scott were constantly onsite, double checking every measurement every day. They kept us updated as to the expectations of the next day, and then followed up confirming completion. We are 1000pct Satisfied and Appreciative. I’ve already referred Genstar to multiple others. I look forward to referring them again.

Working with Mike and Scott was an easy experience. First off, they were transparent about EVERYTHING!  My phone had so many texts from them because they wrote down every detail, from start to finish.  They GC'd everything from electric work, to tree cuttings, to the grass and obviously the brick work itself. Their team, led by Mike, Scott and foreman Christian, were exceptional. They were here on time every day and cleaned up everything on a daily basis.  My neighbors kept coming to me to tell me they wished they had workmen like that for their home jobs.  Mike and Scott were incredibly patient with us as we made changes along the way. They all have above and beyond customer service skills. Mike and Scott were really fun and professional to work with.

An absolute dramatic change to my yard, it’s just amazing, everything from the masonay work to the pool , plumber, electrician to the fence , everyone was a CB pleasure to work with. We recently had a pool installed and worked with Genstar for the masonry. Scott, Mike and the forman, Christian couldn’t be easier to work with! Every person who worked here over the last week/month (because they started the whole job with the pool dig) has been respectful of our property, our home and kept everything clean all while wearing a smile! We live on a hill which had a narrow entry to the yard (also, modified by them!) and there was a ton of manual labor that went into this project and we could not be happier! We are already thinking of what project they can take on for us next year. Highly recommend if you are looking for a company that is true to their word, prompt and pulled no surprises! Genstar Masonry just completed a job at my house which consisted of taking down a deck and putting in a patio and stoop with beautiful pavers. Genstar Masonry recently did extensive masonry work on our home, transforming it from an ordinary looking backyard to an exquisite outdoor oasis! This included the demolition of old concrete around an inground pool, installation of new pavers, removing an old brick accent boarder around the front landscaping and replacing it with new pavers, installation of pet-friendly artificial turf, as well as a few miscellaneous items including repairs to the brick chimney and installing outdoor piping for a future sprinkler system. The crew was meticulous and was detail-oriented making sure to answer all questions and honoring our requests so that we would be extremely satisfied with their work. The owners were onsite daily to ensure that we were kept updated on the project. They also paid attention to our requests and/or questions so that we would be totally satisfied with the work they did. Since the job lasted many days, at the end of each day, the crew made sure to clean up before leaving. On the last day, they cleaned up every speck of dirt and debris leaving our property immaculate.We highly recommend Genstar Masonry to anyone in need of masonry work.
